Onsite Support Visits – March 25

Focus Networks visits all clients onsite whether they be located down the road, rural or regional.  An onsite visit by a staff member with great soft skills is of benefit.  These visits increase visibility with the client as we get to witness the current sentiment of our support and our business.

The onsite visit delivers a complete experience for the client.  We build rapport with client staff as we walk around talking to people whilst offering support.  It is proven that this method allows the client to feel comfortable when reporting particular issues in person.

Focus Networks has a list of tasks that are to be completed when onsite.  These range from physical checks on infrastructure through to taking updated site photos.  We become top of mind by maintaining visibility.
