A number of key trends have emerged as cyber threats. This data is sourced through our latest security partner. Two common attacks are being shared here to educate business. The first is cloud storage. Attackers often make use of this technology. The top two commonly targeted infrastructures were OneDrive at 79% followed by Google at 18%. The second is business email compromise. Microsoft 365 environments involved manipulations. The creation of Inbox rules accounted for 43% of incidents. Such changes help to cover up the fact that the users account has been compromised. Another form of attack uses a VPN or proxy to get around location limitations. This behaviour helps to hide the real location of the attacker.
